Sesshu Garden ZEN Retreat

- Journey to the Silence -

常栄寺 雪舟庭

The Spirit of the Journey

When was the last time you experienced "Mu" (nothingness)?
In today’s world, we are swept away by a relentless torrent of information.
What we need is not to add, but to subtract.

In the garden built by the master painter Sesshu of the Muromachi period, let the strike of the master's "Keisaku" (zen staff) clear the dust from your mind.

This is the ultimate "Sanctuary" reserved for modern executives to regain their inner center.

Experiences to Discover

A Serene Walk through the Sesshu Garden

Stroll through the historic grounds and view the garden from three distinct perspectives. We offer a moment of profound tranquility to quietly absorb the "Zen" spirit that Sesshu imbued into this landscape.
